Health is one of our assets in life; with healthy body you can do anything in this world, either to accomplished business tasks or just to have fun. That makes everybody wants to stay healthy in their life. They want to spend their day with fit body and good conditions. No wonder, by staying fit and healthy, people become more confident and comfortable of their self. Moreover, it can support them in career and life as well. Many people truly believe of what aphorism said: health is the most precious wealth in life. Without health, they become sick and can't do something to run their daily activities. It can inhibit their success. In contrary, with health, people can do everything and live happily. So, what should and shouldn't do to keep our body fit and healthy? These are a few tips and tricks to be checked out.
Do this:
Eat healthy, balanced and nutritious food. They must contain carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamin, and mineral in the right proportion to meet daily calories need. You can consume rice, fish and meat, vegetables, fruits, milk, cheese, or others as sources of nutrient for your body. Make sure you eat well and don't take excessive dosage. It can disturb your metabolism rate.
Have routine exercise. Take minimum 3 times exercises a week with 30-60 minutes of time duration for each. Routine exercise can help to normalize your metabolism rate, burn calories and fat, also release endorphin-hormone that promotes you to stay healthy and happy. Do light and sometimes hard exercise to train your body.
Avoid excessive stress and pressure. The case study showed that people with high level of pressure and stress in their life, had a bigger chance to be attacked by various illness, even a serious and complicated one. Stress can alleviate blood pressure and accelerate heartbeat. Finally, it can disturb your body health.
Don't do this:
Eat high dosage of saturated fatty acid. Saturated fatty acid can be found in animal fat. The fried food products aren't good too for your health. They contain high level of bad cholesterol (namely LDL) that can promote coronary heart disease.
No smoking and alcoholic drinking. These two things work simultaneously to break your body health. Even, smoking is more dangerous as it can attack yourself and everybody around you in the same time. Both smoking and drinking are strictly recommended to be avoided. It can cause cancer and many health problems.
